Peta, an Ex-Military and former Professional Skydiving Instructor, now a multidisciplinary Somatic Practitioner and Yoga teacher based in Nelson, BC. Drawing from 15 years of experience and training under experts like Dr. Gabor Mate, Peta integrates various modalities into her practice, including Compassionate Inquiry, Integrative Somatic Therapy, Psychedelic Somatic Facilitation, Energy Work, and Business Coaching. With a unique background in adrenaline-fuelled activities and corporate Human Resources, Peta offers a distinct perspective to her work. She is committed to serving her community through workshops, speaking engagements, and private 1:1 session both in-person and online. Her clientele ranges from indigenous communities to minority groups, youth and professionals in recovery, skydiving instructors, BASE jumpers, and extreme sport athletes worldwide. Through experiential approaches, Peta aims to empower individuals from diverse backgrounds on their healing journeys. She is described as a profound spaceholder with a highly attuned presence.
