How do I schedule my appointment?

You'll be redirected to my external booking calendar after completing your payment.


Can I purchase sessions more than once?

Absolutely! I recommended that we work together on a weekly or biweekly basis for 4-6 weeks, before scaling back to longer periods between sessions.


What will I need for my session?

We'll have you set up either on a chair or on the floor so a yoga may, blanket, props or cushions for maximum comfort. Please have a notebook or journal and pen or pencil.
